Pastor Kevin Barner (April 26, 2026)

PastorKevin and Sandy Barner are fully appointed Assemblies of God missionaries serving in Peninsular Asia, with over two decades of faithful ministry across multiple nations.

During their first assignment (2002–2010), they served as Lead Pastors of International Christian Assembly (ICA) Moscow, an Assemblies of God international English-speaking church in Russia, for seven and a half years.

From 2010 to 2016, they were based in Thailand, where they led International Christian Assembly (ICA) Bangkok for nearly six years, continuing their passion for pastoring and building strong international congregations.

In their third assignment (2017–2019), the Barners served as Area Pastors of Eurasia Northwest. In this role, they provided pastoral care and spiritual leadership to missionaries serving across seven countries: Armenia, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, and Ukraine.

Since 2020, Pastor Kevin and Sandy have been serving as Area Pastors and Area Mentoring Advocates for Peninsular Asia. Their ministry focuses on fostering a healthy, supportive environment for more than 200 missionaries across five countries—Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam equipping them to effectively reach those who have never heard the Gospel.

In addition, Asia Pacific Regional Director Jeff Hartensveld has called upon the Barners to serve as Interim International Church Pastors across the Asia Pacific region when needed. In this capacity, they provide stability and continuity for international churches during times when missionary pastors are away for extended periods.
