Pastor Rev Peter Gaiku (March 15, 2026)

Dr. Peter Gaiku hails from Nairobi, Kenya. He dedicated his life to Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Saviour during his teenage years. Throughout his Christian journey, Dr. Gaiku has served the Church of Jesus Christ in various roles, including as a pastor and lay leader. He was ordained in 1997 by Archbishop Dr. Arthur Kitonga at Karuri Redeemed Gospel Church in Kenya, a church he helped establish. In 2022, God called him into cross-cultural ministry to serve along-side local churches and Christian organizations in Thailand and across Southeast Asia. In 2023, he and his wife moved to Bangkok, Thailand. 

He is the President and Founder of ‘Southeast Asia 4 Jesus Ministry,’ which focuses on evangelism, discipleship, church planting, and church revitalization. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, Dr. Gaiku actively proclaims and teaches the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, prays for the sick and the needy, disciples new believers, trains church leaders, leads evangelism efforts, and supports local church plants in Thailand and beyond. He is passionate about fulfilling God’s global mission agenda to reach unreached people groups within the 10/40 window.

He has extensive experience of three decades in non-profits management and finance. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in management and business administration from KeMu University in Kenya. He has served on the Board of various non-profits in Kenya and has been involved in church leadership in Nairobi, Kenya. He is a faculty member at Africa Nazarene University in Kenya, teaching in the School of Business Doctoral Program. He is also the Executive Director of The Global Centre for Excellence & Innovation, a consultancy firm engaged in strategic advisory, training, and research solutions.

Dr. Gaiku is married to Rosemary, and together they have three adult children.
