Bruce Dingman has 30 year’s experience finding leaders for organizations. Many of the searches were for Christian organizations.
About two decades back Bruce was chosen as one of the “Global 200” top recruiters in the world, and in January of 2008 BusinessWeek selected him to be among the “Top 50 Most Influential Headhunters.”
Bruce met his wife in an international church in Sao Paulo where he was with Holiday Inns and Janet was with Wycliffe Bible Translators.
He has 30 years of board service between four international missions organizations, and has visited 74 countries. He has given counsel to the numerous senior pastor search committees of international churches (i.e., Amsterdam, Monte Carlo, Abu Dhabi, Islamabad, Panama City, San Jose). That’s his personal ministry.
Bruce and Janet live near Los Angeles, are long time members of CalvaryWestlake.org, have three married children and six incredible grandchildren.
